Learners of Year Groups 6 and 7 took part in an engaging Citation Hunt activity as part of their library learning experience, strengthening their research and information-literacy skills.
Through hands-on research using library resources, learners explored diverse topics, identified credible sources, gathered bibliographic information and practised preparing citations.
The activity highlighted the importance of academic honesty, responsible referencing and giving credit where it is due.
By nurturing curiosity, encouraging independent exploration and building research confidence, the activity empowered learners to become responsible and informed researchers.
