What better way to explore India’s rich culinary heritage than through its beloved sweets? Our Cuisine Club travelled to Kolkata to discover the much-loved Rasgulla - soft, spongy chenna dumplings soaked in delicate sugar syrup.

As learners prepared and tasted this iconic Bengali treat, they explored its ingredients, preparation and cultural traditions, discovering how every recipe carries a story of the place it comes from.
