Our Year Group 3 learners had an insightful and engaging session on Eye Care and Safety with Dr. Richa, an ophthalmologist and a valued parent from our school community, as part of our Parent As a Resource Programme.
Through her lively presentation, Dr. Richa helped students understand how the eyes work and shared practical tips on keeping them healthy - from eating nutritious foods and taking regular screen breaks to ensuring proper lighting while reading.
The session was filled with curiosity and enthusiasm, as students eagerly asked questions, shared their experiences, and participated in a hands-on demonstration that made learning truly meaningful.
A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Richa for her time, warmth, and enthusiasm in helping our young learners see the world more clearly - and care for their eyes with awareness and responsibility. 🌟
