Biomimicry in Action: Turning Human Movement into Robotics

Under the theme of Biomimicry, Year 8 learners explored the atlanto-axial joint by understanding the structure, function, and working mechanism of the cervical bones and ligaments. They brought this learning to life by creating a robotic mimic of the joint using the robotics module, successfully replicating the smooth rotational articulation of the neck through technology and design.
