Clock Making, Grade 2

Clockmaking involves the use of math concepts such as fractions and angles. Kids learn how to measure and calculate time as well as how to divide a circle into equal parts. This week, we learned about the concept of a clock. Learners worked in teams of two and made their own clock with the help of resources given to them. Learners explored their creativity and teamwork and represented different times in their clocks, respectively.
