Designing Smart Traffic Systems – Year Group 8 STEM

In their inaugural coding session, our brilliant learners from Year Group 8 embarked on an exciting journey into the world of technology and innovation. With great enthusiasm, they designed and programmed a smart traffic control system, complete with a functional barrier, traffic lights, and a digital display toggling between “WALK” and “MOVE”. This hands-on project offered a creative glimpse into real-world problem-solving, as each group crafted unique solutions using code—demonstrating logical reasoning, collaboration, and technical curiosity.
