Our Year Group 3 learners explored place value up to thousands in an exciting, hands-on math session. Using place value mats and blocks, they worked in teams to build numbers with ones, tens, hundreds, and thousands cubes—discovering how each digit’s position changes its value. 🔢

Through teamwork, discussions, and a fun puzzle game, learners practiced critical thinking, compared numbers, and strengthened their number sense. The activity not only made math interactive and meaningful but also boosted their confidence in handling larger numbers.
