As part of our Parent as a Resource program, our Foundation Stage 2 learners enjoyed a delightful and interactive session on Balanced Meals with Ms. Nikhila!
Through the engaging story of The Tricky Tongue and Thankful Stomach, she helped children understand the importance of eating healthy in a fun and relatable way.
Learners explored different food groups, discovered how the body reacts to unbalanced meals, and joyfully sang a lively song that reinforced the concept. 🎶
The session was filled with curiosity, laughter and meaningful learning - helping our young learners understand that eating right keeps us happy and healthy. A big thank-you to Ms. Nikhila for being a wonderful parent resource and making the session so engaging and impactful! 💫
