Armed with curiosity and observation skills, Year Group 9 Learners fanned out across the school garden, carefully collecting rock samples from different locations. From gravel near flower beds to pebbles beneath trees – the treasure hunt was on! 🪨🌿

Back in the lab, it was time to put the rocks to the test! Using beakers, water, and careful observation, students checked how quickly water was absorbed or repelled by each sample.
