Summer Delights – Creamy Ice Cream

Our Year Group 1 learners were filled with excitement as they created their very own Creamy Vanilla Ice Cream, exploring simple ingredients in a fun and engaging way

With eager hands and curious minds, they mixed, waited, and observed how ingredients change - connecting their experience to basic scientific concepts and processes.

This hands-on activity encouraged observation, patience and sequencing, while also building confidence and independence through real-life learning.

The sweetest part of all- they could hardly wait to taste their creation and celebrate their little summer success! 🍦✨
