

Our Cuisine Club learners took on the exciting Tropical Mystery Basket Challenge, where teams were given five surprise tropical ingredients and tasked with creating a cold dessert.
Working within these limits, learners collaborated to plan their dish, experiment with flavours and textures and presented their creations with confidence. Each team named their dessert and shared the story behind it before it was judged on flavour, presentation, creativity and teamwork.
And just like in a MasterChef kitchen - creativity, collaboration and confidence were the secret ingredients! 👩🍳
