Puberty brings many changes, and having the right information in a safe and supportive environment can make the journey easier.

The Wellbeing & Support Counselling (WSC) Team at Valistus International School conducted an age-appropriate awareness workshop for our female learners from Year Groups 5 to 11, led by Ms. Vanshika Bansal of Right-Side Story.

Through interactive discussions, learners explored body changes, self-awareness and menstrual health. Informative care kits and reflection charts further encouraged learners to reflect, share and take away practical knowledge.

A meaningful session that fostered awareness, confidence and informed self-care.
