At the Makara Sankranti assembly, students from EYFS to Year Group 2 beautifully showcased harvest festivals from across the country—Bihu in Assam, Lohri in Punjab, Makara Sankranti in Gujarat, and Pongal in Tamil Nadu. They immersed themselves in the festivities, crafting laddus and cooking Pongal in a traditional manner, offering a hands-on experience of our rich cultural tapestry. The pinnacle of joy for the children was participating in kite flying—an activity that truly captivated their spirits.
